As many of you likely know there is a big debate these days as to whether or not "minimalist running shoes" or "barefoot running" is better for your body. Some believe the barefoot running movement will prove to be a fad, others believe it will be the way of the future. Today... all running shoe manufacturers produce one or more models of minimalist shoes.
